What happens next?

We’re currently reviewing your order and finding the best installation date.

You’ll hear from us (normally within a couple of days) with a proposed installation date and a link to formally apply for your OZEV Grant (if applicable). Don’t worry, it doesn’t take long and we’ll support you along the way.

You’ll need to confirm your installation date and complete your OZEV application form.

We’ll install your charger (hurrah!)

We’ll send you a link to download your Cosmic App. You’ll then sign up, enter your payment details and start your first charge!
