Scalable EV Infrastructure
Rather than costly and unsafe one-by-one installs, we build enabling infrastructure for the whole car park and install chargers as demand grows. All installations are fully compliant with latest government guidance and fire safety regulations.
Support for Property Managers
We manage the whole installation process — consultation, design, and delivery — keeping residents informed before, during and after the works.
Grant and Funding
We secure any grant funding available for existing apartment blocks and support residents and property managers through their claims. We can fund the enabling infrastructure upfront and bill residents once they start charging so there are no service charge hikes.
Resident support
Residents with their own space order a charger when they switch to EV; for shared parking, we monitor usage and add capacity as usage grows. We manage resident onboarding, billing and reporting, as well as any ongoing charger maintenance.
