Fresh Grant Funding Available for EV Charging in Factored Developments in Scotland
If you manage a residential development with communal parking in Scotland, there is grant funding available right now to help cover the cost of installing EV charging infrastructure.
What is the grant?
The Factored Development Charge Point Funding is administered by the Energy Saving Trust on behalf of Transport Scotland. It provides property managers and factors in Scotland with up to 100% of the cost of installing communal EV charging infrastructure in residential parking areas.
The grant is available on a first come, first served basis and is subject to funding availability, so early applications are strongly advised.
Who can apply?
The grant is open to property managers and factors who manage communal parking for residential properties in Scotland. If you oversee a flatted development or housing estate where residents share parking, you are likely in scope.
