Role Outline
Job Title: Head of Operations
Location: Remote (in the UK). Semi-regular time at our office in Leeds.
Terms: Permanent.
Salary/rate: Up to £65k plus bonus, benefits and generous Share Options.
Travel: Our projects are national and travel can be expected with this role. Nights away will be kept to a minimum and you'll be trusted to manage your own activity to get the job done.

We exist to empower urban communities to transition to low carbon transport. We do this by installing and managing EV infrastructure in apartment buildings providing convenient and cost effective charging solutions for the 5 million households who previously couldn't charge at home.

This role is key to our ability to deliver projects end-to-end, from survey to install to ongoing maintenance. We're looking for someone who's ready to dive in, solve problems, and help us build the operational backbone of the company-so we can grow quickly and meet the increasing demand in the EV charging space.
What you’ll be doing
Designing and leading all operational processes from scratch.
Overseeing the entire delivery pipeline, from initial surveys to installation and long-term maintenance.
Growing your team and helping to establish our culture.
Creating foundations for scale.
Leading on Health & Safety practices across the company and with external partners.
About You
This an output spec rather than an input spec… what!?
We don’t care if you have 3 years or 30 years experience, no degrees or 5 degrees…
This is about character, desire and delivery.
For this position you’ll need;
Demonstrable experience building and leading teams
A flexible, strategic and proactive mindset
To be NICEIC approved (or equivalent)
Experience either as an electrical contractor or in managing electrical contractors
